Swindon Tennis Club

Partnership

Swindon Tennis Club is pleased to work in partnership with the Delta Tennis Centre to help promote junior development.

There are currently just under 50 Junior member of the club. The Club's junior performance programme has received national satellite accreditation with some 30 players included and a further 25 within the development programme.

Junior club evenings are run at the Delta Tennis Centre every Friday evening from 5 pm - 8 pm. With younger players given priority court time from 5 - 6.30pm and older players from 6.30pm to 8pm.

All juniors wishing to start playing tennis or those participating in or about to start coaching courses at the Delta Tennis Centre are welcome to become members of Swindon Tennis Club.

Cost

The cost of membership is:

£25.00 - Juniors under ten years of age on 31st March
£45.00 - Juniors eleven to eighteen years of age
£165.00 - Family membership (two adults and three children)

Junior Committee

The club has a Junior Committee whose primary aims are:

To provide support to the junior coaching systems and to assist with fund raising
To develop and integrate the juniors and coaching programmes within the club

The Junior Development Officer and Tournament co-ordinator for the club is Neil Allen. Any parent or junior requiring more information on coaching courses or junior development should contact Neil.
