I was so gutted I couldn’t give him a decent match for our LTL round but this one really had it all. When Avi got 5-2 up in the second set, I was already thinking about dinner but somehow hung in there and clawed my way back. By the last set it was just about who had more stamina and thankfully I pulled through. Awesome match to finish this round for both of us I think! Looking forward to the next time 😁

The Match had everything, cramps, medical time out, a bit of rain. We were lucky we could finish the match. In the 3rd set I came from 2-4 down to close out the game 6-4. 06/10/2024	Puranjay Das	Francesco Raimondo	6-3	4-6	6-2	Another match with Francesco where the momentum kept switching. Francesco got off to a strong start and led 3-1 in the first set. I won the next 8 games, winning the first set 6-3 in the process and led the second set 3-0 (40-0). Just when I thought I would wrap it up, Francesco turned the tide and won 5 games in a row and then won the set 6-4. I managed to take a 5-1 lead in the third and had two match points. One missed overhead and a strong forehand from Francesco meant I had to serve out the match. Luckily there was no further drama and I won the set 6-2.
02/10/2024	Uchenna Adimonye	Puranjay Das	6-2	4-6	7-5	I've played a fair few dramatic matches with Puranjay, and tonight's match was no exception. Played in 2 days that spanned over a month apart. First set, I played well and won 6-2. Second set, I carried the momentum into the serving set. However, at 3-nil up, Puranjay changed strategy then came from 3-nil down to win it 4-6. He carried the momentum into the 3rd set and went 0-5 up. I managed to win one game that night before we had to stop because of rain. A month later we continued and I came from 1-5 down to win 7-5 by winning 6 consecutive games. I think we were both surprised with the final score at the end. All the best Puranjay

Jack had the opportunity to win the first set when he was 5-3 up, however I managed to win eight games straight thereby winning the first set 7-5 and going up 4-0 in the second set. First set was so tight it could have gone either way. In the tie break Jarek was up 4-2 before I managed to steal the win at 4-7. In the second set, we had a game that had nearly 20 deuces. Francesco had the opportunity to close out the set at 5-3, but I managed to break and then hold to draw the game, and then take it to tie-break which I won 7-1. In the second set we were both exhausted but I managed to play more aggressively to close it out. Good game Francesco, and all the best in your remaining matches.
